Hinges, channels, shutter alignment, loose hardware, silicone lines, ceiling and laminate condition — inspected and reported.

Minor adjustments, no labour cost
Small adjustments covered under the camp are done on the spot at no labour charge.

Spares only after approval
If a part needs replacing, we share the cost first. Nothing is replaced or charged without the resident’s approval.

Residents register their flat for a check-up window.

Inspection
Our team inspects and completes eligible minor adjustments.

Any spare or larger work is quoted and done only on approval.
